  • My husband and I recently got married. We had ‘Amazing Wedding & Ceremonies’ officiate our wedding and it was wonderful! We received a questionnaire that allowed us to outline exactly what we wanted our ceremony to be like. We also got to meet with our minister, Rev Jessie, well before our wedding day. We were able to go over everything and make sure we were on the same page. It was so nice to work with her because she knew all the right questions to ask. Going into it, we had no clue what we wanted our ceremony to be like, but after talking and meeting with her, we knew exactly what we wanted. She was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to understand exactly what we was picturing in our minds. She delivered our ceremony beautifully and made the whole process very easy and fun!

  • We would recommend Reverend Lopez to everyone for any event. He officiated our wedding which took place in the gathering room at my Mom’s skilled nursing facility and we were on a tight budget so there was not a lot of advance preparation. We came in from out of town and although we made the arrangements in advance, we had never actually met Reverend Lopez in person. When he arrived at the site, he took in the situation and quickly adapted everything to the unusual venue, immediately put everyone at ease, and made sure everything went smoothly from the time he arrived to the time he left.

And he was happy to stay for awhile after the ceremony and visit with our family as well as the residents at the facility and seemed to enjoy himself, which meant the world to us – it was not as if he was thinking “ok, I’m done here, on to the next wedding” or anything like that. It seems like he lives his spirituality – you can just feel he is a man of faith when you are close to him, and he is very personable and kind. It was almost as if he’d known us all our lives, and the ceremony was the perfect length with the perfect mix of seriousness and light-heartedness. As we remember our wedding day, one of the many things that we are so grateful for is that Reverend Lopez was the officiant.

  • Two years, and 3 days, ago Rev. Jessie Buchanan did me the very great honor of officiating my wedding. She was kind, loving, funny and a pillar of solid platinum that stood between me and (regrettably) some of my family who would have ruined my day if she had not blocked them. I am proud to say that we were her first wedding and that we could not have chosen anyone better! Because we had a very tiny wedding we sometimes talk about doing a vow renewal for our 10th anniversary (which is many years out I admit) but if we do, it’s a no-brainer who we will have officiate it!
